These stories are arranged in 21 chapters and comprise the majority of the book. They cover his birth in Bethlehem to his death in Jerusalem, including his first years in Alexandria, his early childhood in Nazareth, his early travels to Jerusalem and the eastern Mediterranean, his baptism in the Jordon River, his travels with his followers through Galilee and beyond, his final trip to Jerusalem, and his appearances after death in several towns.

The brief second portion of the book is a year-by-year chronology of Jesus’ life, including a day-by-day description of his final days.

Finally, there is an index of Jesus’ teachings under eight topics: God, heaven, miracles, how one should live, one’s role in their community, the nature of one’s world, and suggestion for teaching these lessons.
